I made descriptions for these characters at last. Here they be:
Exris: A strange being made from cursed magic. His body acts as a portal from which numerous monstrosities can be summoned. He was sealed away many years ago, but was freed by Eren Lorry when she was a child.
In an attempt to save himself from getting sealed up again, Exris pre-emptively sends monsters after anyone who might pose a threat to him. He doesn’t seem to understand that such widespread and seemingly pointless antagonizing is exactly what convinces people that he should get sealed away.
Eren Lorry: The self-proclaimed princess of the realm. Her claim would be more credible if she actually did some sort of administrative work. But in actuality her troops just go around “taxing” kingdoms and tribes that existed long before her time.
A lady with a regal demeanor, Lorry is very intelligent and skilled in combat with both sword and magic, but her interpersonal skills are her downfall. She’s surprisingly naïve and cannot accept criticism. She also regularly overreacts to situations that aren’t dangerous. Lorry’s very much a spoiled brat who feels entitled to praise and riches.
Othera: Despite being incredibly strong and good with an axe, Othera would prefer a quiet existence helping her dad out around the house. Being a hero is just too much responsibility and pressure. However, it seems like she’ll be forced to step up to the plate since Exris has set his sights on her.
Othera has a very simple moral code that boils down to “Don’t be a jerk.”
Nixtos: Upbeat and eager-to-please, Nixtos flies around looking to train and assist a worthy hero defeat Exris since he sent monsters to burn down the Fairy Forest. She seems to have settled on Marcus Rila.
Whenever somebody ignores her advice for too long, she starts giving out painfully obvious “helpful tips” as a passive-aggressive way of annoying them.
Marcus Rila: Claiming to be a legendary hero, Marcus Rila spends most of his time taking credit for things he didn’t do and then helping himself to the rewards. His boasting has certainly fooled Nixtos… and Exris.
The Saw: A notorious pirate with a saw for a hand and a taste for fancy clothes. His old age and pleasant, polite nature hides a truly monstrous brutality that he isn’t afraid to unleash on anyone who stands in his way.
